AXIUS works great on any smooth and consistent surface, though the rolling action and overall feel of the device will vary depending on the surface used. For example, on a clean, hard surface AXIUS will feel less stable and require more control than if used on a softer, more compliant rubber or carpet surface.
AVOID SAND AND DIRT. Normal dust or wear and tear will not be an issue, but sand or coarse dirt could prevent your unit from rolling smoothly. Ensure all workout areas are clean and free from abrasive materials. If you use your unit outside or in a garage, first put down a throw rug or mat before using AXIUS ball-side down.
The platform and dome of AXIUS is constructed of glass-filled nylon, which is an extremely durable material that will not break in normal workout conditions. AXIUS comes with a one-year limited warranty.
The stability ring comes inflated to the appropriate size. However, if needed, you can inflate with any athletic or bicycle pump. We recommend inflating it to approximately 3” in height. The ring should be firm, but still have some give.

Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in good condition with original packaging and accessories.

Returns will not be accepted without a request and designated RA #. Shipping costs to return or exchange product are the customer's responsibility. Please be sure to write the RA# on the outside of your package and ship it within 14 days of receiving your RA #.
Once we have received and inspected your unit, your account will be credited. Your refund will be issued in the same way you made the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to appear on your account. This refund will be for the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
