One-Time Purchase Option with Discounted Subscription
Purchase your equipment outright at any time for a flat price of $549 and transition to a monthly membership rate of $75 per month or $720 per year.

AXIUS Equipment Non-Return Policy
If a user cancels their AXIUS rental membership but fails to return the AXIUS Core Unit and its accessories within 14 days of cancellation, the following steps will be taken:
  1. Initial Reminder:
    • A reminder will be sent via email and text on day 7, notifying the user of the pending return and the 14-day deadline.
  2. Late Return Fee:
    • If the equipment is not returned within 14 days, a late return fee of $50 will be charged, and the user will have an additional 7 days to return the equipment.
  3. Full Equipment Charge:
    • If the equipment is still not returned after 21 days, the user will be charged the full retail price of the AXIUS Core Unit, which is $499.
    • At this point, the equipment will be considered sold to the user.
  4. Legal Recourse:
    • If payment is not completed within 30 days of the final charge, AXIUS reserves the right to pursue further action, including engaging a collections agency.
Shipping Costs:
  • The user is responsible for shipping costs to return the AXIUS Core Unit. If shipping labels are provided by AXIUS, the cost will be deducted from any deposit or refund owed.
