In the AXIUS Movement Library you can view over 150 movements in 4 main categories: Mobility, Core, Standing Balance, and Functional Training. The Core section is broken down further into 4 sub-categories: Plank, Pushup, Rollout, and Bridge. The first video in each carousel que shows an AXIUS Flagship Progression. Below the Movement Library are sample routines that can be followed directly or used as a blueprint for swapping in your favorite AXIUS movements.
