A structured, assessment-driven golf performance system that removes guesswork so when you do the work, you get results.
Led by a Titleist Performance Institute certified coach, you complete three focused 30-minute workouts per week. Consistent measurement and coach feedback correct root-cause limitations in flexibility, strength, and balance so your body supports a more efficient, powerful swing with less pain, less tightness, and lasting durability. Progress is tracked against your goals and reported weekly so you always know exactly where you stand.
Train at home or while traveling.
How the System Works
Initial Assessment
You begin with a 45-minute 1:1 assessment with your coach to establish your physical baseline, understand your goals, and identify the specific limitations holding back your performance. This assessment creates the structure and roadmap for the next 90 days.
Structured Training, Coach Feedback, and Accountability
Your coach programs custom workouts inside the AXIUS mobile app based on your assessment, goals, and schedule. Each workout is completed on your time and every exercise is automatically video recorded.
Your coach reviews each session and provides targeted feedback to correct movement, reinforce progress, and guide what to focus on next. You will also receive weekly check-ins and simple report-card style updates so you always know where you are improving and what still needs work.
A System That Ensures Progression
You begin with bodyweight-based exercises to establish proper movement patterns and maintain continuity. As you progress, training integrates the AXIUS Core Unit, which provides objective measurement of balance, core strength, and control, including real-time balance feedback during each session.
When travel or schedule disruptions come up, your coach programs travel-ready workouts that do not require the AXIUS Core Unit. Your training stays consistent and structured no matter where you are.
Nothing is random. Progress is built deliberately.
Final Assessment and Next-Phase Planning
At the end of 90 days, you complete a final assessment to measure progress against your original baseline. From there, your coach outlines next goals and recommends whether to continue, extend, or transition into a maintenance phase.
